In Kannagi Nagar, many families struggle to buy school uniforms for their children. Without uniforms, some children feel shy, lose confidence, or even miss school.The Children’s Parliament in Kannagi Nagar wanted to help. They started a uniform collection drive, asking families to donate school uniforms that their children had outgrown but were still in good condition.

With support from volunteers and community members, the children collected the uniforms, washed them, and folded them neatly. They then held a small event where they gave uniforms to 25 children who needed them.This kind act not only helped children attend school with pride but also encouraged a spirit of sharing and caring in the community.The campaign was appreciated by teachers and local leaders. Seeing its success, the Children’s Parliament decided to make it an annual event.
